A candidate for Bachelor studies shall submit:

  • signed application form printed from the Internet registration system
  • a copy of a secondary and higher secondary school certificate legally certified by Wrocław University of Science and Technology or Notary (to obtain the certification the student has to make the original certificate available for inspection)
  • original confirmation of payment of the application fee to the relevant account of Wrocław University of Science and Technology (only if the application fee was not registered in the online registration system)
  • a medical certificate from a doctor of occupational medicine stating that there are no contraindications to studying (only for candidates applying for the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining and Geology). The list of institutions in the Lower Silesian Voivodship where the medical examinations can be carried out (If the candidate does not have a medical certificate), he/she should submit a written statement in which the candidate undertakes to deliver the certificate within a specified time – to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty. A referral to a doctor of occupational medicine will be issued by the Admission Office of WUST at the candidate’s request after the registration and payment of the application fee (currently we recommend to contact us via email rekrutacja@pwr.edu.pl and ask for a referral, please make sure that the medical centre accepts scans of referrals)
  • a copy of a certificate of having been awarded a laureate or finalist at a central-level Olympics legally certified by Wrocław University of Science and Technology (to obtain the certification the student has to make the original certificate available for inspection) – only for candidates applying for admission based on this certificate
  • a copy of a confirmation/certificate of having been awarded a laureate of international or national competition, including one organized by WUST legally certified by Wrocław University of Science and Technology (to obtain the certification the student has to make the original confirmation/certificate available for inspection) – only for candidates applying for admission based on this confirmation/certificate

in addition:

  • a candidate presents a document confirming the candidate’s identity (ID card or passport) for inspection.

Questions and Answers

Do I need to submit a printed photo?

No, you don’t. The photo should only be uploaded in the system during online registration. Please note that the photo you upload is an element of the student’s personal file and should absolutely comply with administrative standards. We require the photo has the same parameters as the photo for the ID card or passport.

Do I have to submit the documents in person?

You are not obliged to submit your admission documents in person. However, you should make sure that your application form is completed and signed by you personally and that your application file is complete.

Power of attorney

In order to protect your interests, we encourage you to provide the person who is going to submit the documents with the appropriate power of attorney. (Download template)

Can documents be sent by post?

You can send your documents by post – most preferably by courier (the postmark date for documents sent by post is not decisive). However, you should make sure that the file you send to us contains everything we require of you.

What do I have to remember?

Remember to bring your documents to the University in accordance with the admission’s deadline. The documents should be submitted to the university in a white paper folder. Please put your name, surname, faculty and field of study on the folder. By providing the documents you are confirming your wish to study in the chosen field of study.

Can I be accepted into more than one course?

During the admission process, you can be accepted only for one field of study. If you wish to participate in the next admission and you have previously been accepted, you need to create new application in the system. Once you have been informed of your eligibility, contact the Admission Office. In order to submit documents for a new field of study you need to resign from a previous acceptance.

Attention!

Cancellations can only be made in person or by post. If you want someone else to resign for you, notarised power of attorney is required.
