Registration for Preparatory Courses for the 2025/2026 Academic Year Has Started

Course Description

The English language course lasts for one semester (from October to February or from February to June) and includes 300 hours of English language instruction plus 120 hours of selected specialized subjects. Classes are held every day from Monday to Friday.

The course concludes with a certified language exam at the B2 level, which qualifies students for enrollment in studies in Poland. Participants are divided into groups according to their Polish language proficiency, as assessed at the beginning of the course.

A course running from October to February concludes with an exam held in February provided that the group has a minimum of 8 participants. If the required minimum is not met, there is an option to take the exam in June, which is held after the end of the summer semester. If fewer than 8 participants are enrolled, a candidate may opt to join the full-year course group; however, in that case, the exam can only be taken in June.

A course running from October to February with fewer than 8 participants does not conclude with an exam. In such a situation, the participant may take the exam in June. They may also join, for a fee, the semester-long course held from February to June, which concludes with an exam in June.

Throughout the course, participants develop all language skills: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, writing (in various forms), and speaking. The curriculum also covers all grammatical and lexical topics required at the B2 level. Classes in specialized subjects provide the opportunity to learn the English terminology specific to each field.
