Scholarship of Polish Government
Available for students who want to pursue studies in Polish or English, also in an option with one-year preparatory language course prior to the degree programme studies. For more information, please check the NAWA website or ask in the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in your country. Please also feel free to talk to the Ministry of Higher Education and Science representatives at educational fairs which they visit within the Ready, Study, Go! Poland project.
Study in Wrocław
Wrocław University of Science and Technology is a university recognized within Study in Wrocław (Teraz Wrocław) Project. Students from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Azerbaijan interested to pursue studies at WUST are requested to contact with Agencja Rozwoju Aglomeracji Wrocławskiej in Wrocław. Within this project WUST offers full tuition fee waiver for the first year of study for the three best participants of the project, who will undertake first-level studies in Polish language, and provide them with a place at the students’ dormitories in the first semester of study.
Visegrad Scholarship
The International Visegrad Fund offers Master and Post-Master scholarships awarded to selected students for 1 or 2 semesters (for MA scholarships within the In-Coming scheme 1- to 4-semester scholarships can be awarded). Citizens of the following countries and territories can apply: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Ukraine. On applying all applicants must have completed at least 4 semesters of university studies. There are various scholarship schemes available. Rector’s Scholarship
Rector’s Scholarship can be awarded to a student, who has achieved a high-grade average in the proceeding academic year or has had achievements in the following areas: scientific, artistic, sports competitions on the minimum national level. The scholarship is granted based on a ranking of applications submitted with a background by respective fields and levels of study. Rector’s Scholarship can be granted to a student after having completed the first year of first-level studies.
The deadlines for submission of documents for students applying for Rector’s scholarship are as
follows:
1) for the winter semester between 1st and 7th of October;
2) for the summer semester within the first seven days after the beginning of the semester
(between 1st and 8th of March this year)
Tuition-free studies
WUST does not charge the tuition fees for education at full-time studies from foreigners being citizens of EU/EFTA countries or having a Polish spouse, as well as from holders of one of the following documents:
- Pole’s Card or Polish origin
- Permanent residence or long-term EU-residence card
- Polish Language certificate C1 level
