Student Exchange programme offers the possibility for students of Wrocław University of Science and Technology to travel for 1 or 2 semesters to one of the partner universities with which we have signed a student exchange agreement (agreement other than Erasmus+ Programme).

A student qualified for an exchange at a partner university under the programme may participate in all courses offered by this university, both in English and in the native language of a given country. At the end of the stay, the student receives the Transcript of Records with all obtained grades. However, it is not possible to obtain a diploma from the partner university.

Terms of admission

WUST does not set admission deadline. While submitting documents, you should comply with the deadlines set by the partner university.

Documents required by IRO (submitted only after approval by the partner university):

  • Application form
  • Learning Agreement / Individual Study Plan (signed by the Faculty Coordinator or the Dean of the Faculty)
  • Transcript of Records in English
  • Passport’s copy (photo page)
  • Certified knowledge of English (or another language in which the classes will be conducted) at a level of at least B2 (according to CEFR)
  • Certificate of the status of a WUST student (in English, certified by the Dean’s Office)
  • Certificate of the weighted grade average from the Dean’s Office from the current level of study
