STEP 1.

– send an inquiry to admission@pwr.edu.pl

Notice: Remember to introduce yourself providing your full name and surname as in your passport, as well as to inform us about your citizenship (this is necessary in order to assign your application to the dedicated Admission Officer).

– register online in JSOS system within the application deadlines.

Notice: You may send your application documents/inquiries to the Admission Office all year round.

Please make sure you did both.

STEP 2.

General information package sent by e-mail

Contents include:

  • Study options information/Prospectus
  • Your next step 1
  • Application form

 

STEP 3.

Return by e-mail:

  • Filled-in application form
  • A copy of secondary school certificate
  • A copy of bachelor’s degree certificate plus transcript of records
  • A copy of passport/ID
  • A copy of language certificate (if applicable)

Notice: Please make sure that the files you attached are properly named.
E.g. If the file attached contains the copy of passport, the name of the file should be “passport”. We would also appreciate if the attached files were not too heavy.

 

STEP 4.

Application assessed.

If positive, go to point 5.

If negative: more information will follow by e-mail.

 

STEP 5.

Feedback from the Admission Officer received.

Contents of the offer include:

  • Offer letter (Confirmation of meeting entry requirements letter)
  • List of required documents
  • Your next step 2
  • Contract (if applicable)

 

STEP 6.

Return by e-mail within the deadlines:

  • Required documents
  • Confirmation of payment of application fee

Notice: Please make sure that the files you attached are properly named.
E.g. If the file attached contains the Secondary School Certificate, the name of the file should be “secondary_school_certificate”. We would also appreciate if the attached files were not too heavy.

 

STEP 7.

Payment (if applicable) and documents received.

 

Application assessed by the Faculty Recruitment Boards. Results announced – check the application calendar.

If positive, go to point 8.

If negative: more information will follow by e-mail.

 

STEP 8.

Conditional Acceptance Letter issued.

 

STEP 9.

Confirmation of enrolment package received.

Contents include:

  • Conditional Acceptance Letter
  • Invitation to Introduction Days
  • Information about dormitory (if applicable)

 

STEP 10.

Obtain visa (if applicable) and make travel arrangements.

 

STEP 11.

  • If you need airport pick-up please let us know your travel details min.7 working days prior to your arrival (non EU students).

EU students can get their Buddy who can pick them up (more info buddy.pwr.wroclaw@gmail.com ).

  • Submit original required documents to the Admission Office within the deadlines
  • Attend Introduction Days

 

STEP 12.
